Service
From a simple maintenance to complete overhaul of an engine, Elite Auto Service & Auto Body, Inc. will assure you of a quality and on time service.
Like any other type of machine, cars and trucks need service. Even though they seem to run and run forever without any problems, they require attention. The most important service is the fluids. Your car needs fresh fluids on schedule! Oil changes are to be done every 3,000 or 6,000 miles depending on the type of automobile you drive and your driving habit.
The 15k is simply an oil change and tune up service; we also take a look at the brakes at that time. All grease fittings are lubricated. We tune your engine. This will consist of new spark plugs, air and fuel filters and service to the distributor (if applicable). We clean and adjust the brakes. We also inspect all items in the engine compartment, belts, hoses, brake fluids, power steering fluids. Just anything that looks worn.
The 30k service covers the same things as in the 15k service and in addition to that we change all oils. Gear oils! Transmission oils! Any qualified mechanic can do the service work that is required. The dealer doesn't require that you go to them only for this service. But it has to be done. If you change your own oil, and keep the receipts it will work as proof for that service when it comes to a warranty item.
We find that visual observation is one of the best preventive maintenance. If we see a belt, or hose, or any small item looking bad, we will notify you before it can cause problems. No one wants to have to pull over just to find a $10.00 belt kept us from our destination! We believe that is our job, to do our best to prevent you, the customer, from unnecessary breakdowns and costs.
